  12. I like the current system where companies that give lousy support
  13. or fail to give any are flamed wildly on the net.  Better use of bandwidth
  14. than, say, alt.fan.dan-quayle. I for one have avoided certain companies
  15. with bad net.reputations, and I'm sure some more of the 1.8 million people
  16. who read news have done the same.
