-
- As I know NICE, Hawk and AIR have EISA/VL-bus motherboards.
-
- I don't know about NICE's because it's a quite new product.
-
- Hawk's motherboard has 3 ISA + 3 EISA + 1 VL-bus/ISA slots.
- Memory is up to 128Mbyte with 64Mbytex9 SIMMs. CPU speed is <50MHz.
- American made.
-
- AIR's newest motherboard has 5 EISA + 3EISA/VL-bus slots.
- Memory SIMM is 72pin(x36) type. CPU speed is <50MHz. However, because
- this board has 3 VL slots, 50 MHz clock exceed the VESA recommendation.
- 6 SiS ASIC chips. Cache memory is up to 512kbyte. AMI bios, but setup
- functions are litte bit weak with comparing to the Orchid Superboard.
- American design, Asian country made.
-
- I have just started to use AIR's motherboard.
-
- >>Does anyone know how reliable the AIR board is?
-
- How to describe the reliability of the motherboard? If you specify
- what would you like to know, I may be able to write it.
- Or, you may send E-mail for me.
