  12. I'm looking to buy a new video card to replace my really old vga card,
  13. and I'm really confused on what's available on the market.  I do not
  14. plan to spend more than $200 on it, since I might have to get a new
  15. monitor too.  So, what are the best cards available for this price
  16. range?  Note that I run OS/2 on my system and it'd be a great plus if
  17. the new card supports it fully.
