  13.     I will be travelling to Japan in early January for an extended stay.  I
  14. will probably be taking a TI TM2000 notebook computer and Canon Bubblejet
  15. printer with me.  Where I will be living (Osaka) the power is 100V, 60Hz.
  16. The equipment is designed for 110V, 60Hz.  Is this going to cause any
  17. problems, either immediately, or over the long term?  If so, does anyone have
  18. any recomendations for power converters?
  19.     Some areas of Japan use 50Hz power.  What would I need in order to be
  20. able to plug in there?
  21.     Finally, all their plugs are non-polarized, will this make any
  22. difference?
  23.
