- Are there any problems with ATI's VESA driver? My VVESA.COM is dated
- March 19, 1992, and it doesn't seem to center modes properly even after
- fiddling extensively with the Custom Monitor installation. The biggest
- problems exist in 640x480x256 and 1024x768x256 color mode. In Windows,
- everything is fine and centered. However, in DOS mode, the 640x480
- is too tall and not wide enough (killing square pixel=ness).
- In 1024x768 mode, the display is severely overscanned and shifted to
- the left in DOS applications, yet in Windows everything is perfect-o.
-
- Any clues? Anyone have a more recent version of VVESA.COM?
