- I agree. For example, they don't have an 800 number. If they wanted to be
- responsive they would have one. I called to find out why the ATI UP that
- I got with my Gateway machine would not run my monitor at 1280x1024 at a
- non-interlaced speed. It took 36 minutes and $18 of my phone time for them
- to figure out that the Gateway card does not have the high end RAMDAC needed
- to do this. That was my $18 to find out something that they should have known
- without thinking.
