  20. I agree.  For example, they don't have an 800 number.  If they wanted to be
  21. responsive they would have one.  I called to find out why the ATI UP that
  22. I got with my Gateway machine would not run my monitor at 1280x1024 at a
  23. non-interlaced speed.  It took 36 minutes and $18 of my phone time for them
  24. to figure out that the Gateway card does not have the high end RAMDAC needed
  25. to do this.  That was my $18 to find out something that they should have known
  26. without thinking.
