- Sounds like you need to stop ignoring the
- error message and do the following:

- Go into CMOS setup when prompted and change
- the "Scratch RAM option." If it is now set
- to 1, change it to 2, or vice-versa. These
- options handle memory allocation for the
- Shadowed BIOS; you appear to have the
- allocation set for a Non-Shadowed condition.

- The problem arises because you have Shadow RAM
- Enabled. Should you wish to disable the shadowing
- of BIOS in RAM, (and forego the usable RAM sacrifice)
- that will also take care of the problem, at the
- expense of slowing down the system dramatically.
