  18. It's a little tougher than that... what's going on right now is just a
  19. survey to see if there is interest in splitting the group.  If there
  20. is, then we'll start split proceedings.  Discussion on news.groups
  21. will probably take a month and voting will take another month.  Then
  22. it's a few days before the group gets created.  Figure at least two
  23. months after Christmas.
