- I seem to remember seeing a comment that there were different endings to
- The Dark Savant. All I found were two, both at the same place. BTW while
- I found the game very challenging and will certainly will get Wiz 8, my two
- pennies worth are that the Wiz 7 end game is rather flat and certainly is not
- an ego booster. It leaves a rather obvious(maybe) opening to Wiz 8. I also
- found that during the second half of the game that every approx
- half dozen moves the game would freeze for up to 10 seconds on my work 25M
- 386sx and for a significantly less(expected), but still annoying period of
- time, on my home 486/33. I can only assume that it was off in a process the
- NPC's sub-plot loop or doing extraordinary decision making as when next to
- give me the inevitable battle. Although I did appreciate the fact that there
- were obviously battles to be had on the intial track through an area and that
- on subsequent travels on the same track that only the occasional random
- encounter would occur.
-
- Any comments on end game scenarios would be welcome, probably e-mail is best,
- so as to not spoil it for others.
