  12.    There is going to be a new version of Empire which will be
  13. released soon.  (Late January maybe.)  It won't be published
  14. by Interstel, but one of the designers for Empire Deluxe is
  15. Mark Baldwin.  He was the designer of the Interstel version.
  16. That version is now out of publication.  The new version which
  17. again, will be released very soon will have many new features.
