  19. Anyone who has had this problem, send in another copy of the survey. We had a
  20. file server crash the other day :(, but everything is fixed now. If you need
  21. another copy of the survey, send me a message, and I'll mail a copy out. If there
  22. are a lot of requests, I'll post it again. Sorry for the trouble.
