  13. HP-PHIGS Graphics Tehcniques manual says:

  15. "HP-PHIGS can operate in an X window only if the X server is running on
  16. the same machine as the HP-PHIGS program.  In other words, you cannot run
  17. an HP-PHIGS program on one machine and send its output through the
  18. network to another machine's X server."

  20. Does that really mean what I think it does -- is it really impossible
  21. to run an HP-PHIGS program on an X-terminal?  Why??  Is that ever
  22. going to change?  (Please tell me "in 9.0 ...")
