  20. The support is great. In our case, the 'hot-line' was included for
  21. the first year. The bad part comes now: HP wants to have
  22. DM 16000/ year for the 'hot line' and the hardware support, this
  23. is somethine like $11000 per year. Perhaps you should check the
  24. prices carefully. For 2 years of support you could already buy
  25. a very fance workstation...
