  10. I use a HP9000/720 with HP-UX 8.07. To do a backup,
  11. I use the backup-sript in /etc to a DAT-DDS-Drive.
  12. I have about 5 Giga-Bytes to do a full backup.

  14. When the first cassette is full, cpio displays
  15. the message like "if you want to go on, change tape
  16. and input a new device". It seems to work.
  17.  
  18. When restoring files, the same message appears.
  19. But the last file on the first tape is corrupted.
  20. Cpio says resyncing (option -R) and skipping.
