- Hello there,
-
- I need some technical info. about the GEOS cable which allows a parallel
- printer to be connected to the user port of a C64. Could someone out there
- give me the full pin specifications for this cable?
-
-
- e.g.
-
- pin A on user port --------> STROBE line of printer connecter
-
- (I already have the correct pin numbers for
- the various printer connections in my
- printer manual).
-
-
- I already use a cable which uses the BUSY, ACK, D0-D7, STROBE pins of the
- centronics interface and some GEOS stuff prints out fine. But there are times
- when the computer seems to be outputting data faster than the printer can
- handle and the o/p result is not WYSIWYG from the screen.
-
-
- Thanks
- Sheun
-
- p.s. Does anybody know of a suitable GEOS input driver for the NEOS mouse and
- where it can be obtained?
