  13. Quantum Computer Services owns Q-Link, America Online, PC-Link, 
  14. Promenade.  All but QLink can access each other at the same time,
  15. Q-Link is separate. (Even though they share the same computers and
  16. database).  They are similar in user interface, and structure, some
  17. have a few more features than others.
