- As I've said before, I'm certain that X could be made to run under
- MiNT or MultiTOS; the only thing missing are people to do the port
- (I certainly don't have the time :-( ). The difficulty and the
- hardware required would be proprotionate, i.e. a straight port of the
- supplied sample server (say, the Sun 3 version) with only local
- connections (i.e. shared memory, no TCP/IP) would be relatively
- easy, but would probably require a TT with lots of memory to run.
- A re-written server could no doubt be made to run comfortably on
- a Mega STe, but this involves a lot more effort (as does adding
- TCP/IP support).
