- Are ST-Format useless or what?
-
- Saying the Falcon runs at 30-35MIPS. Saying the ST has a palette of 256
- colors. Putting the same captions of a program on completely different
- screen-shots of completely different programs. Filling their mag' with
- Sega, Nintendo, and Amoeba ad's.
- The cover disks have also gone down the drain, 2-MIDI sequencers in
- 1 year - both of which are pretty horrible, and I only know of a couple
- of people who even have MIDI. And they all have decent software like
- Notator, or Cubase or some such thing!
- They also have a habit of publishing complete solutions to games either
- before or as they are released, or a couple of weeks later, which ruins it
- for the guy who just spend $50 on a game, and who was enjoying the
- puzzles, only to have half of it solved before he could quickly turn the
- page! Also saying the Falcon can display Super-VGA graphics (640*480*256
- is hardly super-VGA).
-
- They're getting worse, the magazine looks 'orrible lately too!
-
- That's my wibble!
