  14. I will keep my 1040 and 520 and likely use them for quite some time.  The 1040
  15. is going to become dedicated to my MIDI setup where it makes no sense to go to
  16. another system, but I'm now in the market for another computer and it won't be
  17. an Atari.

  19. All the slamming of Atari has gotten to the point of being funny to me.  I
  20. really don't know if I want to buy a Falcon, although earlier this year I did
  21. consider buying a Mega STe.  But I can't get my machines serviced locally, I
  22. can't buy software locally and the selection of software today is probably as
  23. good as it's going to ever be.

  25. I really like my ST and I hate clones but there is a clone in my future because
  26. it's the mainstream and working on the fringes is just too much trouble these
  27. days.  Windows, here I come, like it or not...
