- Yes, I have seen one. Hooked up to my ST as a matter of fact.

- The floptical is in fact not seen by the desktop as a floppy. The icon for
- the drive remains the same whether you are using a floppy or the 21mb disk
- and does indeed have to be installed.

- Atari says they have AHDI 5.0 drivers for the floptical. I realize that
- this drive is not really a floppy drive, but it is SCSI and it does read
- and write them so what's the difference? (other than the fact that it
- won't format them from the desktop or accept a diskcopy)
