- First of all, if you have ftp access kindly use it and quit clogging up
- the mail queues on campus.

- Secondly, I'm happy to report that I've been test-abusing a new
- version of bart for the past week or so. At last report, there was
- one or two small details that Jon wanted to fix up before letting
- it loose on you zany people. So hang tight. It won't be long now.
