  24. First of all, if you have ftp access kindly use it and quit clogging up
  25. the mail queues on campus.

  27. Secondly, I'm happy to report that I've been test-abusing a new
  28. version of bart for the past week or so.  At last report, there was
  29. one or two small details that Jon wanted to fix up before letting
  30. it loose on you zany people.  So hang tight.  It won't be long now.
