- That explains why Zip Tech was so evasive about dealing w/ it. I sent a
- defective one back to them Registered mail --- they claimed they never got it.
- The Post Office tracked it & sure enough, they HAD received it. My postal
- connection told me that they do that all they time, ie. claim non-receipt of
- returns, probably as a delaying tactic....
