  18.     I wouldn't be surprised if the problem is at the Supra end.  There have
  19. been numerous complaints on the Supra Tech Support BBS about the modem
  20. "hanging" after retraining.  I used to have a USR Dual Standard v.32 and it
  21. is definitely more robust and reliable than the newer Supra.  It works
  22. perfectly 98% of the time (the Supra, that is), but the remaining 2% can
  23. really annoy you.
