  12.     Is there a version of that binscii and shrinkit for the vax/vms?  It
  13. would be much better to be able to unbinscii a prog first, before transfering
  14. it... Alternatively, is the source code for it portable?  Budding programmer,
  15. etc etc, maybe try my hands on it... :)
