  20. Heck no. Thanks for posting this over here -- it removes any doubts in my
  21. mind as to what Ernie Moore is up to. I feel sorry for the poor guy, he needs
  22. a good shot of reality more than his perceived enemies.

  24. Apple _does_ need to act to provide a solid, dependable support mechanism for
  25. everyone who owns their "orphaned" machines (this includes old macs too!) --
  26. this is a good business decision for them because present owners of Apple
  27. machines will be far more inclined to stay with Apple when they finally _do_
  28. upgrade. But we have to give them a chance to grind the corporate gears and
  29. try a plan or two before drastic and illegal action like Ernie's is anywhere
  30. near warranted!
