- A drive is a drive is a drive ;-) Well, most of the time. Your usual HD
- case is made to fit 3.5" drives. The case does not care if that drive is
- IDE or SCSI or MFM or whatever-you-have. The cheapest method to house a HD
- is probably to stick your GS into a tower :)
- Power connectors on those 3.5" HDs are normed (can't be, eh? Yup, once
- in a while the clone manufacturers are able to display intelligence, too :),
- so you can use a case with any brand of drive.
