  27. We have an Amiga 2000 at work...I wasn't impressed to say the least.

  29. I need to stress that soniqTracker is planned to be a music player
  30. on its own merit and design and is not intended to be a simple
  31. "mod player" that mimics every idiosyncrosy of the Amiga. In fact,
  32. limiting a product in such a way doesn't take advantage of the
  33. full potential of the GS. soniqTracker is/will be a stand-alone music
  34. program which happens to a darn good (about 95%) job at -importing-
  35. mods. Until I've finished the editor, soniqTracker doesn't have much
  36. of a use except for listening to mods, and as soniqTracker evolves I can't 
  37. ever promise exact duplication of mods. soniqTracker .6 already
  38. has several improvements on the mod and my current working vesion
  39. has several more extensions, resuling in higher quality output than
  40. Amiga mods, though no longer "exactly" the same. I feel the quality
  41. gained outweighs the small differences.
