- I have the Toolbox Programming in C. I consider it quite good and very
- helpful in explaining and showing how to use the toolbox. Plenty of
- example source code and each chapter has a number of "problems" to solve.
- Also, the appendix has an abbridged toolbox reference which can get you
- going if you don't have all the official books.
