  29. I have the Toolbox Programming in C. I consider it quite good and very
  30. helpful in explaining and showing how to use the toolbox. Plenty of 
  31. example source code and each chapter has a number of "problems" to solve.
  32. Also, the appendix has an abbridged toolbox reference which can get you 
  33. going if you don't have all the official books.
