  16.    When I try to run the postnews executable, it does not
  17. recognize any newsgroups as valid, including "general".

  19.    When I enter "?" at the prompt:

  24.    I get the following error message:

  26.    /usr/lib/news/newsgroups: no such file or directory

  28.    The "newsgroups" file does exist in /usr/lib/news,
  29. and the permissions are:
