  10. Is there anyway to access the BIX developers sections via the
  11. internet?  A guest login of sorts or something?  If not I wonder how
  12. many people would be interested in a mailing list for certified
  13. developers?  There's probably someone developer numbers could be
  14. checked with C=, or ideally maybe someone at C= would like to run one?
  15. Just a thought...
