- Note that this was in the copy protection code, which often seems to
- be written by someone other than the author of the program (and very
- often does lots of illegal things--copy protection is a prime source
- of compatibility problems).

- Also note that this was fixed in the second release, by removing the
- copy protection. As far as I know, the current release of SimCity
- has no problems with the A4000, A1200 or 3.0.
