  12.      I am writing a short program that needs to be able to read
  13. a file in the above format(s). If anyone has the specs or knows
  14. where I can find them, I would appreciate some E-mail. If
  15. you have a brief piece of code, that would be even better.
  16. I am trying to manipulate basic images through different filters
  17. for a small graphics program I am working on. This program actually
  18. (or one very close to it) sells for $30+ for the Mac and the Clones.
  19. So if you help me, I'll send it to you free when it is finished...
