  19. One of the most recent Fish disks contains a KS 3.0 compliant utility
  20. program that purportedly promotes any mode to any other mode.  This could
  21. be pretty handy if it really works.  I believe that it's on FF# 771 and is
  22. called PKludge by Steve Koren.
