- DPaint IV specifically asks for interlace. As I understand it, standard
- promotion only promotes screens that open via OpenWindow() or don't specify
- screen specifics. If a program opens a window via OpenWindowTags() and
- says that it really wants interlace, it really gets interlace. I think
- there's some way around this anyway, maybe a PD patch for the OpenWindowTags()
- function.
