  11. I have been having trouble with the commodity ClickToFront.

  13. I understand this is supposed to allow you to double click
  14. anywhere in a window and bring it to the front (?)

  16. I have tried starting this by double clicking on the icon
  17. and by putting it in the wbstartup and rebooting, neither
  18. approach got it to work.  Any ideas what I might be doing
  19. wrong?
