  20. you need to do the changes to the mountlist they talk about in teh rom
  21. installation procedure .... waittaminut , you were using 1.2 , that is no
  22. FFS ? then your mountlist should be ok . you need to add the DOSTYPE thing
  23. though if you want to use FFS on the HD .

  25. I used a spartan with 2.04 , it works the same as before except you tell it
  26. in the mountlist to use ffs with the dostype=0x444f5301. 
  27. make sure none of your floppy based startup-sequence outputs anything to
  28. the screen before the one on the HD is called .

  30. i used the default startup-sequence that came with the 2.04 disk and just
  31. had my floppy startup read

  34. fh0:c/defdisk >nil: fh0: ; assign all the SYS: to fh0 in one command
  35.                          ; note defdisk is NOT part of 2.04 , check the bbs's
