  18. DPaintIV has a bug.  The AmigaDOS 3.0 promotes interlaced screens to
  19. non-interlaced if the application doesn't specifically request NTSC-
  20. compatible monitor modes, which must be interlaced.  Unfortunately,
  21. DPaintIV does and it shouldn't.  Electronic Arts is supposedly aware of
  22. the problem.  Meanwhile, there is a PD program out there that will
  23. force the promotion to non-interlace, but the name escapes me.
