  24. It costs a lousy US buck to mail from here to Germany.  I'm sure he has received
  25. plenty of ten's and twenty's to offset this dollar expense.

  27. This cheapness has allways annoyed me.  For the record: an update ==
  28. .35 cent disk (MEI), a mailer (25 for 1.25), and a trip to the post office
  29. (stamp price ranging from .30 to 1.35)....for a total of 1.40 to mail an
  30. oversea air-mail disk.  .70 for a US/Canada mailing.....
