- There is a commidity for this. 'clicktofront' or something, I think
- it was part of OS2.04. By default it expects a qualifier key to be
- held down but you can change the tooltype so you don't need a qualifier.
- Oh, I think it only works for double-clicks, but anywhere in the window.
