  21. This makes no difference... most of the buggy programs I come across are
  22. simple Enforcer hits, something that can be traced by an UNregistered
  23. devoloper for free.  Not only that, but it seems even the registered
  24. developers can't write clean software... just witness the enforcer hits
  25. from several "staple" programs like DM2 or (gasp) WorkBench 2.04 (Yep,
  26. workbench.)
