- Well, since you have a single bit error, the process you went through
- is correct. The other thing I would try is reseating all the other
- chips. There was another problem that required me to return my VXL-30
- for updating. I did not have the symptoms you did(random lockups but
- the memory test and my commercial diagnostic STU ran ok). I would
- reseat everything and try again, something may not be quite right.
- The other thing is try it in 68000 mode. Does it work that way?
