- I have had my A4000 for over a month now and the video is working
- pretty good. I have noticed the shimmer at various times and if
- I move up close to the screen and look carefully, I can see it.
- Of course this is fine text on a black background.
-
- My latest unsubstantiated theory is that because I have one the eary
- A4000s with the backwards fan, that there may be a heat buildup
- occuring that causes the shimmer to worsen over the time the computer
- is on. Any takers on this one?
-
- The biggest thing that annoys me is the fact that I can't move the
- Workbench screen any further than an inch or so close to the left
- side of the screen of the monitor. There is no black border or
- anything so it's minor but why does it do that? Also has any of
- the Commodore folks ever commented on any of these problems?

- This is one I have never seen. What conditions make it most apparent?
