- Cost, cost, and cost. A bigger processor wouldn't give you so much (or
- even any) more performance in such an environment. Main issue being here
- is that the base configuration doesn't have any Fast Mem, so that the
- burst capabilities of a 68030 wouldn't have a chance to fly. Also, the
- smaller pin number of the EC020 helps keeping the whole mechanical design
- pretty (in all its meanings) compact.
