  32. Are you using an A1960 also?  Perhaps this problem occurs with the A1960,
  33. but I can assure you that it does not with a Samsung SyncMaster 3, a
  34. Seiko 1450, or older Amdek multiscan...

  36. The display on my A4000 is flawless and is much better than that of my
  37. A3000 using the very same monitors.  I no longer have to deal with the
  38. half-line flicker, the sprite shattering, and the poor cold weather
  39. performance which plagues the A3000's display.  But I am certainly glad
  40. that my purchase did not include an A1960 as most owners are reporting
  41. very poor performance from those units.  Perhaps Commodore is still
  42. using the dreadful units manufactured by AOC...
