  12.       I'm having problems with my keyboard.  I just recently purchased
  13. the 2.1 operating system, and although I don't think this has anything with
  14. the problem, I thought I'd mention it anyway.  
  15.  
  16.     The problem is that usually when I try to type, sometimes characters
  17. don't appear, and somtimes they are doubled.  This is a real annoyance while
  18. word processing!  and other times it works fine.  My guess is that maybe
  19. the keyboard chip needs replacing.   But the problem seems to affect the 
  20. same grouping of keys most of the time. ?????    My only other guess is
  21. that something is physically wrong with the keyboard itself.
