- Tandy has finally announced their new desktop MPC-compatible computer system
- with a 16-million-color display and CD-ROM drive as standard hardware.
- It is called the "Sensation" and carries a list price of $2100. They have
- been advertizing it like mad, as you can expect from Tandy. My question is:
- when will we ever see anything like this from Commodore? How hard could it
- possibly be to stick a CD-ROM drive into an A4000 and sell it, anyway?
-
- It looks like Commodore really is going to be the last major personal
- computer company to bring out a desktop computer with a CD-ROM drive. Really
- pathetic.
