- What the world desperately needs is an AGA animation program which:
-
- * supports per-frame color palettes
- * supports direct from HD animation playing, ala RTAP
-
- ViewTek shows AGA animations, but only handles animations with locked
- palettes, and doesn't play from HD. RTAP plays from HD, but doesn't
- handle AGA.
-
- I am attempting to make an AGA animation, but have come across those two
- barriers which effectively prevent me from finishing it right now.
- Since there is a lot more color and resolution available in AGA, AGA
- anims tend to be much larger for the same number of frames, which means
- its trivially easy to make one bigger than my available RAM.
-
- Something like an AGA update of RTAP would be perfect.
