  24. I've tried it both ways, the only difference is that with Mode Promotion
  25. de-selected I get an NTSC screen for my 640x480 pics and I don't have to
  26. scroll up and down but I get the 640x400 (464 in overscan) DBLNTSC image
  27. and have to scroll up and down (not by much).  That's the only mode the
  28. damn things will open...never an 800x600 one.
