  18. Well, for starters I'm afraid that you have a faux pax in your request.   It
  19. is impossible to UPGRADE from a 14.4 DS HST to a fax modem since doing so would
  20. be a DOWNGRADE.  The 14.4 DS HST has many more features than the fax modems
  21. have.   I won't waste bandwidth by listing them all.  You have your modem's
  22. documentation.  I believe that doing a point by point comparisom of the features
  23. between the two modems will eliminate your desire to "UPGRADE" in this manner.
