  12. I just got a V.32 BIS modem (Practical Periphreals 14400FXSA) and
  13. am having a bit of trouble uploading files.  The manual says to
  14. check the flow control settings of my software.  I am using VLT
  15. 5.517.  How do I ensure that I am using hardware flow control and
  16. what exactly does this mean?
